Message from the President

bp Philx150

We all want to work together for peace and unity

Peace was shattered on Easter Sunday, 21 April 2019.  In Sri Lanka three churches and three luxury hotels in Colombo, Negombo and Batticaloa were targeted in a series of coordinated terrorist suicide bombings.

NCCA President, Bishop Philip Huggins shares his message to Rt Rev. Dhiloraj Canagasabey, Anglican Bishop of Colombo:

....I just read your powerful, honest, courageous reflection on the Easter Sunday massacre....

Are you up for the challenge?

You can make a difference by raising vital funds and sharing your experience to raise awareness of the global refugee crisis.

Is Easter's message still being heard or does the church need to pull a rabbit out of its hat?

One of the joys of an extra-long weekend is having the time to catch up on news and information from our member churches. One in particular stands out as being relevant across the greater churches and reflects on our faith, one that is grounded in the resurrection. Is the Church to blame for society turning a deaf ear to this message?
